Stefan Newbury has been selected as an IJF referee for the Junior World Tour. 

His first event is the Junior Grand Prix in Tajikistan on Oct 24-25.

Well done to you and l know how you always work hard are good at everything that you do.  A very good Ref and always make time for all the people you meet.  I have met you a few times at Samurai and you are such a lovely person.  We are all so proud of you.
