Weigh-in times will be posted on the club website and Facebook page a week before the event. This makes it important that entries are in on time. Please be warned that our events are almost always oversubscribed: entries close when we are full, even if this is before the closing date.  Entries cannot be taken on the day, except for the Dan Gradings. Even then, prior entry is preferred and cheaper. No spectator fees for any of our events.

Those with a credit from any previous Samurai event can transfer their entry fee to any one of these events. Do not enter online, email us with entry details and we will do the rest. Please do this early as we can’t do this once the event is full.
